Salty Six, Cut Down on The Salt

The Salty Six is bread, rolls, cold cuts, cured meats, pizza, breaded chicken, soup, and sandwiches. I  know what you are thinking; “This is more than six.” Some are combined. For example, bread and rolls. We should not consume 1599 mg of sodium a day. Even this is a lot.  Sodium is bad for our blood pressure.

I get ill when I see people shake the salt shaker. Don’t they know that food naturally has a lot of salt in it?
