I would buy the larger couscous at the Whole Food COOP. Boil the round noodles up, drain them. Cool. Chop up Roma tomatoes, fresh Cilantro, some black olives and some red onions (if desired). Toss in some Zesty Kraft Anything Italian dressing and serve. My husband liked it as well.
A simple salad, healthy and low in calories.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice on it from lemons for a different twist. It is very refreshing.
