Peggy’s Fast Orzo Salad

Chop up romaine leaves into small pieces. Chop, chop, chop

Cook 1 about 2 cup of vegetable orzo in water and then drain

Chop up 1/2 of onions as desired

Chop up 1/2 cup of black olives or more as desired

Mix all of the above together.


Take 2 T. olive oil

1/2 T. of minced garlic

1/4 t. ground pepper

1/2 T. sea salt

1/2 c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing or as desired

Mix all the dressing ingredients together.  Taste test. Then mix in salad mixture and serve.

(My husband loved my creative salad.)
