Yesterday we took a friend out to lunch at Pak’s Green Cafe on about 41st Avenue West and Grand Avenue.

My husband had a hamburger Tatar Tot Hotdish, I had a beef stew on rice, and our friend had egg foo young on rice. My husband has had the Tatar Tot Hotdish a few times and loves it.

We also had a complementary desert, flan…that just came out of the over. Two of us has Tia Tea, which I love with almond milk.

They have a great lunch menu, supper menu and snacks in between times. They are not open on Sunday. You can also find them on

FACEBOOK and look at the beautiful pictures.

Healthy foods, healthy oils, vegan food, and a variety of nationality food.

They have changed their menu a little, have specials each day as well.

Some of you may remember this as a different restaurant. This is a new restaurant, new color, new ownership, and of course, new menu.

You can get take out as well.

They take cash and credit cards.
