Fall

Fall is my most favorite time of the year. The leaves changing colors, the leaves falling. My husband thinks of it as death. I think of it as a changing of the season, and I only have happy fall memories.

This includes walking with the leaves rustling under foot. Fall cooking. Soup on the stove. I am thinking about Meatball Soup at the moment.

I like to cook in the fall. You can tell by my smoke alarm going off. I will have to get a step ladder to turn it off.

We still have lots of things to do outside before winter is upon us. We are going to do them in small steps this week.

Sometimes we get too many irons on the fire. We have lots of notes all over the place. These are not all Honey To Do lists either. I do get overwhelmed about it all.

Happy Fall Day!  Isn’t the Bay field Apple Festival this weekend?
