American Heart Walk

American Heart is having a fundraising walk, Saturday, September 29, 2012 at UMD. It is a 1-3 mile walk around UMD. Check in is at 8:30 p.m., vendors are open at 9 a.m. The walk is at 10 a.m. Heart disease is the number 1 killer in the United States.
You can win prizes while you fight heart disease and stroke, the No. 1 killer in the Twin Ports area. Funds raised support medical research, health education and advocacy efforts for the American Heart Association.

There is free parking.
