Did you know that Sunrise is donating two cemetery stones and one marker to the Kiwanis Auction? This fundraiser that will take place April 28th from 6 p.m.-1:00 p.m. for the Kiwanis of Friendly Duluth on channel WDIO TV.
Yesterday my husband did some video taping there for the auction. Sunrise Cemetery is not only a cemetery it is a One Stop, One Shop Funeral Home. I was so amazed at the state of the arts facility. They have everything there from very unique cemetery monuments, markers, urns, a catering kitchen, a facility that can feed up to 250 people, an exceptional sound system. You can bring your DV or movie there for the funeral service. They also are working on webs cast capablities for future funerals to be show elsewhere in the country for family members who cannot make it. They have lots of great things happening in the future.
They have funeral, visitation, creation, and burial all in one place. Most importantly they service other cemeteries. Porters own the facility, and Crawfords can help you with pre-arranged funeral services that involve other cemeteries.
