Treasures of the Earth Green Goods, Craft & Arts Fair

Mark you calendar for Saturday, March 31, 2012. There will be the Treasures of the Earth Green Goods, Craft & Arts Fair.

Come shop locally and be inspired at the 4th Annual Treasures of The the Green Goods Fair.

It will be at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Duluth (Church), located at 835 W. College Avenue. The time  will be from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Come to this interesting marketplace, open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., with over 25 local and Northland artists with regionally made items made from natural materials (such as wood, stone, bark, fiber) or from recycled/reuse or found materials. This event is a great educational awareness opportunity to learn where things come from, what they are made of, and what can be made from what. You will find upcycled items and crative locally made works. There will also be local nature artwork.

Mark you calendar for the May 5th, Dulcimer Day in Duluth Folk Music Festival to be help at the Coppertop Church. There will be twenty classes that include the mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, auto harp, clogging, tin whistle, banjo, Sacred Harp shape note singing, origami and more.
