Public Safety should not be cut. It is so important to our city, having enough police officers and fire fighters.

At the same time funding for the battered women’s shelters, domestic violence programs, sexual assuualt programs, general crime programs and other areas of crime victim services should not be cut. They are important to our community. These areas are important for public safety, saving lives, and the role they play in crime prevention in our cities.

Bill HF0853 is a bill on public safety, crime prevention policy and the finance budget.
