Circle of Support will be meeting at The Duluth Grill on 27th Ave. West in the backroom on February 23rd, from 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. It is a breast cancer support group for Survivors and Supporters. We welcome new survivors and old thrivers as well. Check out our website for more details: http://www.circleofhopeduluth.org/
This is a time to share, laugh, talk about what you choose to talk about, cry (that has happened a few time), and celebrate life. The last time we laughed for an hour and half.
Shoot me an e-mail if you are a breast cancer survivor. I will be sure to not forget a copy of my book that I will give you for free. It is called, Dear Auntie, Why Me? and it was published in 2005. It is packed full of information. I have treatment choice tapes I can lend you and free brochures.
If coming to this group at this time doesn’t work for you, call me. I am willing to talk to you any time. My phone number is: 218.525.1905. I have to tell you that I screen my calls, so if I don’t answer right away, leave a message.
If you want to meet for coffee, let me know. We can make arrangements. My e-mail is: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want me to speak at your event let me know. I have several power point presentations, plus I am an author and very knowledgeable on breast cancer, after writing a book, etc.
About my book:
One of my breast cancer blogs is:
We choose to not promote alcohol at our events as a more than general rule. The reason has to do with breast cancer related to alcohol. (That does not mean we do not go out with friends for a drink.)
