Potato Sausage: We’re Peeling 25 #’s of Potatoes Today
My husband and his friend are making 50#’s of potato sausage tommorrow. Jim has to bring 25#’s of peeled potatoes to his house tommorrow. The guys spend the whole day on this project. Twice a year the potato sausage lovers do this using Grandpa Anderson’s top secret receipe from the Anderson’s Meat Market that use to be on 4th street many years ago.
